很多项目经理算租赁账，只算主机台班：600型一天多少、250S一天多少。结果开工第一天，冷再生机走两步就停，不是坏了，是前后两辆车没配齐。

On the first day of construction, the cold regeneration machine stopped after taking two steps. It wasn't that it was broken, but that the two cars in front and behind were not fully equipped.

就地冷再生是一条小流水线，主机只是中间那一刀：

On site cold regeneration is a small assembly line, and the main engine is just the middle knife:

前面要有粉料撒布车。水泥或石灰按方格网提前撒，或者边走边撒。撒布车跟不上，再生机只能降速等灰，设计6米/分钟走成3米/分钟，一天少拌两千平。

There should be a powder spreading truck ahead. Cement or lime should be sprinkled in advance according to a grid, or sprinkled while walking. The spreading truck cannot keep up, and the regeneration machine can only slow down and wait for ash. The design is to walk at a speed of 6 meters per minute to 3 meters per minute, which reduces the daily mixing by 2000 square meters.

后面要有单钢轮压路机紧跟初压，胶轮压路机终压。再生层拌完不立刻压，水分一蒸发、粗骨料架空，钻芯直接散花。压路机少一台，主机就得原地怠速等。

There should be a single steel wheel roller following closely behind for initial compaction, and a rubber wheel roller for final compaction. If the regeneration layer is not pressed immediately after mixing, the water will evaporate, the coarse aggregate will be suspended, and the drill core will directly scatter. If one roller is missing, the main engine will have to idle in place.

再后面是洒水车。冷再生含水率卡在非常佳值±2%，太阳一晒表面发白就要补水，没洒水车跟着，压实度永远到不了96%。

Next up is the sprinkler truck. The moisture content of cold regeneration is stuck at the optimal value ± 2%. As soon as the surface turns white under sunlight, it needs to be replenished with water. Without a sprinkler truck, the compaction degree will never reach 96%.

还有一台不起眼的：铣刨机或破碎机。遇到老路局部拥包、沥青结块，主机转子啃不动，先派铣刨机削一层，不然再生机刀头半小时磨秃。

There is also an inconspicuous one: milling machine or crusher. When encountering local bumps and asphalt lumps on the old road, and the main engine rotor cannot move, send a milling machine to cut a layer first, otherwise the cutting head of the recycling machine will be worn out in half an hour.

简单记一个配比：一台冷再生机，配一台粉料撒布车、两台单钢轮、一台胶轮、一辆洒水车。低于这个配置，主机台班费再便宜也是浪费。

A simple ratio: one cold recycling machine, equipped with one powder spreader, two single steel wheels, one rubber wheel, and one sprinkler truck. Below this configuration, even if the host shift fee is cheap, it is still a waste.

再看两个出租方不会主动说的点：

第一，刀头消耗算谁。冷再生机非常贵的易损件不是油，是转子上的合金刀头。旧路带钢筋网、混凝土夹层时，一刀头能切废二十根。合同里写“刀头损耗超每平米X根由承租方承担”，不然结账时多出一沓刀头单。

Firstly, who is responsible for the consumption of the blade. The most expensive vulnerable part of a cold recycling machine is not oil, but the alloy blade on the rotor. When the old road belt has steel mesh and concrete interlayer, one blade can cut twenty pieces. In the contract, it is stated that 'if the blade wear exceeds X pieces per square meter, the lessee shall bear the cost', otherwise an additional stack of blade bills will be generated during checkout.

第二，操作手跟不跟车。同一台250S，老师傅走直线、控深度、看拌和颜色，一天稳定四千平；生手走偏、漏刀、拌不透，同样台班只出两千平还返工。租机带人，价格高一点但摊到每平米反而低。

Secondly, whether the operator follows the car or not. On the same 250S, the master craftsman walks in a straight line, controls the depth, and observes the mixing color, stabilizing at 4000 square meters per day; The inexperienced worker deviated, missed the knife, and couldn't mix thoroughly. The same team only produced 2000 square meters and had to rework. Renting a machine with people is a bit more expensive, but when spread out per square meter, it is actually lower.

顺手一条现场红线：每天收工把转子清空、刀头拍照留底。很多纠纷不是机器坏，是刀头到底磨了多少根说不清。

A convenient on-site red line: clear the rotor and take photos of the blade head at the end of each day. Many disputes are not caused by machine malfunctions, but rather by the unclear number of blades worn.

把“前撒灰、后跟压、洒水不离、刀头日清”钉在施工群里，主机转一天，抵得过停半天等车。

Nail the construction group with the phrases "sprinkle dust in front, press down on the back, sprinkle water without leaving, and clean the blade every day". If the main engine runs for a day, it can withstand waiting for the vehicle for half a day.
