水泥和含水率现场盯。旧料先钻芯做级配，水泥掺量一般3%到6%，用智能撒布车或划格人工摊铺，宁可用PO42.5缓凝水泥，别用早强水泥——初凝太快，压路机还没收尾就结板。含水量控制在非常佳值±2%，太干拌不匀、太稀压不实。

第一，合同里写死品牌、型号、工作宽度、非常大深度、出厂编号，口头“来一台冷再生”等于没约定。

第二，计费方式想清楚。路面情况清楚、工期紧，按平米包干非常稳；旧路硬度不明、可能频繁停机，按台班算但要写明雨天停工不算钱、故障误工扣租期。

Secondly, clarify the billing method. The road conditions are clear and the construction period is tight, so the most stable contract is based on square meters; The hardness of the old road is unknown, and there may be frequent shutdowns. It should be calculated based on the number of shifts, but it should be clearly stated that shutdowns on rainy days are not counted as money, and the rental period will be deducted due to work delays caused by malfunctions.

第三，问清报价含不含操作手、柴油、刀头磨损、进出场费。只报裸机日租的，后期加一项扣一项，总价反而非常贵。
