就地冷再生不是把旧沥青打碎重铺那么简单——它是把RAP旧料、水泥/乳化沥青、水在现场一次拌成新基层，省掉外运废渣、省新石料，但前提是你租到的不是“能转”的设备，而是一套能控深度、控剂量、控压实的施工能力。

On site cold recycling is not as simple as crushing and repaving old asphalt - it involves mixing RAP old materials, cement/emulsified asphalt, and water on site to create a new base layer, saving on external waste and new stone materials. However, the premise is that you are not renting equipment that can be converted, but a set of construction capabilities that can control depth, dosage, and compaction.

一、机型先对工况，别拿窄路硬上宽幅

1、 The model should first consider the working conditions, and do not use narrow roads or hard roads to increase the width

县乡道、窄路面、再生深度8–15cm：国产550/600型或中小功率机够用；

County and township roads, narrow road surfaces, and reclaimed depths of 8-15cm: Domestic 550/600 models or small and medium power machines are sufficient;

国省干道、市政主路、深度20cm+：上维特根2500/250S这类大宽度大功率机，转子扭矩和喷洒计量才稳。

National and provincial main roads, municipal main roads, with a depth of 20cm+: Large width and high-power machines such as the Upper Wirtgen 2500/250S require stable rotor torque and spray metering.

租前拿旧路钻芯厚度+路面宽度对表，别等进场发现“铣刨宽度差半米、深度啃不动基层”。

Before renting, check the thickness of the old road core and the width of the road surface. Don't wait until you enter the site to find that there is a half meter difference in milling width and the depth cannot move the base layer.

二、配套比主机更容易翻车

2、 Matching is more prone to tipping over than the main unit

单租冷再生机，后面全是坑：水泥靠人工撒＝剂量飘、含水率靠感觉＝压实起皮、没紧跟双钢轮+胶轮＝压实度不到98%。正经配置是「再生机+粉料撒布车+洒水车+平地机+单钢轮/胶轮压路机」一条线，非常好同队操作。

Renting a single cold recycling machine, the back is full of pits: cement relies on manual sprinkling=dosage floating, moisture content relies on feeling=compaction and peeling, not closely following the double steel wheel+rubber wheel=compaction degree less than 98%. The proper configuration is a line consisting of a "regeneration machine+powder spreader+sprinkler+grader+single steel wheel/rubber wheel roller", preferably operated in the same team.

三、三个数当场核验

再生深度误差≤10mm（超声波/机械传感器+操作手经验双保险）；

Regeneration depth error ≤ 10mm (ultrasonic/mechanical sensor+operator experience double safety);

水泥/乳化沥青计量偏差按配合比锁死，粉料撒布车做100m采样复核；

The measurement deviation of cement/emulsified asphalt shall be locked according to the mix proportion, and a 100m sampling review shall be conducted by the powder spreading vehicle;

转速2–5m/min，初压在非常佳含水、终压在水泥初凝前结束，试验段≥200m先跑参数。

Rotational speed of 2-5m/min, initial pressure at optimal moisture content, final pressure before initial cement setting, test section ≥ 200m first run parameters.

四、计费方式看路面脾气

4、 The billing method depends on the road conditions

路况清、工期松→台班制灵活；病害杂、怕超支→按㎡包干，但合同建议写死「是否含撒布车/油料/进出场/补压/取芯不合格返工」。只报“冷再生机一天多少钱”的，后期加价空间比设备本身大。

Clear road conditions and loose schedule → flexible shift system; Due to various diseases and fears of overspending, the contract must be based on a per square meter lump sum, but the contract must specify whether it includes the use of spreading vehicles/fuel/entry and exit/pressure compensation/rework for unqualified core sampling. Only reporting 'how much does the cold regeneration machine cost per day', there is more room for later markup than the equipment itself.

五、验收别信“看着平”

5、 Don't believe in 'looking flat' during acceptance inspection

钻芯取厚度、压实度（水泥类≥98%）、7天养生后无反射裂缝、渗水/平整度按设计表卡。旧路含油污、路基严重沉陷、纵坡>6%的段，先局部处理再谈冷再生。

The thickness, compaction degree (cement ≥ 98%), no reflection cracks after 7 days of curing, and water seepage/flatness of the drill core shall be in accordance with the design table. For sections of old roads with oil stains, severe roadbed subsidence, and longitudinal slopes greater than 6%, local treatment should be carried out first before discussing cold regeneration.

租冷再生，本质是租“旧路变基层”的工艺闭环，不是租铁疙瘩。机型对、配套齐、计量准，一公里旧料能省下近四成基层成本；反过来，机器到了现场凑合干，半年后网状裂缝全返工。

Renting cold regeneration is essentially a closed-loop process of renting "old roads to grassroots", not renting iron lumps. The model is matched, the matching is complete, and the measurement is accurate. One kilometer of old materials can save nearly 40% of grassroots costs; On the other hand, the machine arrived at the site to make do, and six months later, all the mesh cracks were reworked.
