冷再生机租赁助力公路养护中心进行公路工程建设
近日,贵港城区公路养护中心S511线西江农场八队上村屯(上行)(K72+250~K73+750、K78+670~K81+170)沥青路面预防性养护工程开工建设,该项目使用了泡沫沥青冷再生施工工艺。
Recently, the construction of asphalt pavement preventive maintenance project of Team 8, Xijiang Farm, Line S511, Guigang Urban Road Maintenance Center to Shangcun Village (up) (K72+250~K73+750, K78+670~K81+170) started, which uses the construction process of foam asphalt cold recycling.
该养护路段是S511线来宾玉林公路的重要组成部分,因该路段沥青路面出现了龟裂、车辙、纵横裂缝等病害,影响公路交通和正常运营,同时也给日常养护工作带来了压力,该中心综合设计评审意见,使用泡沫沥青冷再生施工工艺对该路段进行修复。
This maintenance section is an important part of Laibin Yulin Highway of S511 Line. Because the asphalt pavement of this section has cracks, ruts, vertical and horizontal cracks and other diseases, which affect the road traffic safety and normal operation, and also bring pressure to the daily maintenance work, the center uses the foam asphalt cold recycling construction process to repair this section based on the design review comments.
泡沫沥青冷再生施工工艺是采用就地冷再生机、压路机、运料车、沥青罐车、水罐车等施工设备,将旧沥青路面开挖铣刨,添加泡沫沥青等拌合材料,将铣刨的旧路面材料与新添加材料均匀拌合,并摊铺、压实,形成新的路面结构层。这种施工工艺直接将旧路面进行加工和处理,进行重新铺设再利用,不仅可以缩短工期,还能够减轻环境污染,减少材料消耗,实现公路交通运输可持续发展。
The construction process of foam asphalt cold recycling is to use construction equipment such as on-site cold recycling machine, road roller, dumper, asphalt tanker, water tanker, etc. to excavate and mill the old asphalt pavement, add mixing materials such as foam asphalt, evenly mix the milled old pavement materials with the newly added materials, pave and compact them, and form a new pavement structure layer. This construction technique directly processes and treats the old road surface, re laying and reusing it, which not only shortens the construction period, but also reduces environmental pollution, reduces material consumption, and achieves sustainable development of highway transportation.
该预防性养护工程修复里程为4,通过回填利用原15cm厚掺2.5%水泥稳定碎石基层进行路面病害处理后,铺筑12cm厚AC-25泡沫沥青混凝土就地冷再生下面层+热沥青粘层+3.5cm厚AC-16沥青混凝土上面层进行预防性养护,预计6月底完成路面主体施工。
The repair mileage of the preventive maintenance project is 4km. After the original 15cm thick cement stabilized macadam base mixed with 2.5% cement is used for treatment of pavement diseases through backfilling, the 12cm thick AC-25 foam asphalt concrete cold recycling lower layer in place+hot asphalt tack coat+3.5cm thick AC-16 asphalt concrete upper layer are paved for preventive maintenance. It is expected to complete the main construction of the pavement by the end of June.
