冷再生技术助力乡村公路建设
在“十个全覆盖”工程乡村公路建设工作中,鄂托克前旗率先采用冷再生技术工艺,降低建设成本,减少环境污染,加快建设进度,取得良好效果。
In the construction of rural roads under the "Ten Full Coverage" project, Etuoke Front Banner took the lead in adopting cold recycling technology, reducing construction costs, minimizing environmental pollution, accelerating construction progress, and achieving good results.
近日,在鄂托克前旗上海庙镇哈沙图嘎查新铺的乡村公路施工现场,几台修路机械排成一列,匀速前行:先由冷再生机对地面进行铣刨、搅拌,平地机和轮胎压路机紧随其后,整平碾压过后,路面基层基本铺好。施工现场并没有大量工人手工作业,也没有产生多少废弃物,短短2个小时内, 1多的新路面已铺修完毕。同样的路面,按照传统工艺,2个小时内只能修到三四百米。
Recently, at the construction site of the rural road in Hashatugacha Xinpu, Shanghai Temple Town, Etuoke Front Banner, several road repair machines were lined up and moving at a constant speed: first, a cold recycling machine milled and mixed the ground, followed by a grader and a tire roller. After leveling and rolling, the road base was basically laid. The construction site did not have a large number of manual workers and did not generate much waste. Within just 2 hours, more than 1 kilometer of new road surface had been paved. According to traditional techniques, the same road surface can only be repaired to three to four hundred meters within two hours.
鄂托克前旗“十个全覆盖”农村公路建设项目于今年3月15日开工。其中,上海庙镇建设总长为186的4级公路,路面结构层为沥青混凝土路面,路面宽4.5米。在该项目施工中,施工单位东方路桥集团引进采用了公路冷再生工艺,这项技术的主要特点是充分利用现有沥青道路的面层与基层旧铺层材料,必要时加入部分新骨料,按比例加入一定量的水泥、泡沫沥青、乳化沥青、石灰、粉煤灰等添加剂,在自然环境温度下,就地连续地完成材料的铣刨、破碎、拌和、摊铺及压实成型,从而修筑出新基层。
The "Ten Full Coverage" Rural Road Construction Project in Etuoke Front Banner started construction on March 15th this year. Among them, Shanghai Miaozhen is constructing a Class 4 highway with a total length of 186 kilometers, and the pavement structure layer is asphalt concrete pavement with a width of 4.5 meters. In the construction of this project, the construction company Dongfang Road and Bridge Group introduced and adopted the road cold recycling process for the first time. The main feature of this technology is to make full use of the old paving materials of the existing asphalt road surface course and base course, add some new aggregates when necessary, add a certain amount of cement, foam asphalt, emulsified asphalt, lime, fly ash and other additives in proportion, and continuously complete the milling, crushing, mixing, paving and compaction of the materials on the spot under the natural environment temperature, so as to build a new base course.
与传统施工方法相比,冷再生技术具有诸多优点:一是成本低,由于全部利用了旧的铺层材料,减少了道路维修或改造时旧铺层材料的挖起运输、废置和新材料的购置,约可以降低成本20%—46%;二是效率高,冷再生机械施工可以一次性完成铣刨、破碎、添加、拌和及摊铺,每天施工可完成50008000的工作量,从而简化了施工程序,缩短了施工工期;三是质量好,冷再生工艺可以根据不同道路旧铺层材料的实际进行设计,选择不同的添加剂,形成施工成型厚而均匀的粘结层,保证了维修后道路的使用期限;四是污染少,使用传统的道路维修方法,沥青路面废弃量十分巨大,对环境造成污染,大量新材料的开采,也会破坏环境。采用冷再生技术则可有效避免上述问题。
Compared with traditional construction methods, cold recycling technology has many advantages: firstly, it has low cost. Due to the full utilization of old paving materials, it reduces the excavation, transportation, disposal, and purchase of new materials for road maintenance or renovation, which can reduce costs by about 20% to 46%; Secondly, it has high efficiency. Cold recycling machinery construction can complete milling, crushing, adding, mixing, and paving in one go, and can complete a workload of 5000 to 8000 square meters per day, simplifying the construction process and shortening the construction period; Thirdly, the quality is good. The cold recycling process can be designed according to the actual conditions of different old pavement materials on roads, selecting different additives to form a thick and uniform bonding layer during construction, ensuring the service life of the repaired road; Fourthly, there is less pollution. By using traditional road maintenance methods, the amount of asphalt pavement waste is enormous, causing pollution to the environment. The large-scale mining of new materials also damages the environment. The use of cold regeneration technology can effectively avoid the above-mentioned problems.
鄂托克前旗公路段副段长贺希格吉雅表示,积极引进新的施工技术,可在确保工程质量的基础上,大幅提高施工进度。下一步,鄂托克前旗将进一步加大新技术的推广力度,确保在规定时间内完成建设任务,力争提前完成建设早日通车。
He Xigjia, deputy section chief of the Etuoke Front Banner Highway, stated that actively introducing new construction technologies can significantly improve construction progress while ensuring project quality. Next, Etuoke Front Banner will further increase the promotion of new technologies, ensure the completion of construction tasks within the prescribed time, and strive to complete the construction ahead of schedule and open to traffic as soon as possible.
截目前,鄂托克前旗在乡村公路施工过程中,利用冷再生技术已完成工程量6万多。全部工程将在6月30日前全部完工。
As of now, more than 60000 square meters of rural road construction have been completed in Etuoke Front Banner using cold recycling technology. All projects will be completed before June 30th.
