沥青路面就地冷再生技术在高速公路中的应用

高速公路是公路交通系统的核心构成部分, 高速公路多采用沥青路面,传统的修整方法是铣刨旧面层和新面层叠加,造价高、资源消耗大。冷再生施工技术施工快捷,且对原来交通几乎没有影响[1],在施工中既能减少对自然资源(能源、集料等)的需求,节约项目费用[2],又能降低环境污染。

Highways are the core component of the highway transportation system, and most highways use asphalt pavement. The traditional repair method is to mill and overlay the old and new surface layers, which is costly and resource intensive. Cold recycling construction technology is fast and has almost no impact on the original transportation [1]. During construction, it can reduce the demand for natural resources (energy, aggregates, etc.), save project costs [2], and reduce environmental pollution.

在工程建设前做好施工准备工作, 现场冷再生施工需要用到的全部设备应准备妥当, 并选择一段待修复路段进行试车,检测所使用的再生设备及流程是否符合再建规范。同时,调节相关设备的参数,使其满足施工需要,以此保证压实度。

Before the construction of the project, make good preparations for the construction. All equipment required for on-site cold regeneration construction should be prepared properly, and a section of the road to be repaired should be selected for trial operation to test whether the regeneration equipment and process used comply with the reconstruction standards. At the same time, adjust the parameters of the relevant equipment to meet the construction needs, in order to ensure compaction.

对水泥稳定再生结构层作业时,日低温度宜>5 ℃。结合经验与使用设备的特性, 拟定 3~5 种再生机前进速度与转子速度的搭配方案,旧路铣刨深度要根据设计修复深确定。铣刨出旧料后, 将刨出的较典型的物料送到实验室做室内配比设计。取铣刨后具有代表性的材料样品进行筛分,如果筛分后的级配与室内设计级配超过工地允许波动范围, 应调整再生机行进速度和转子速度, 使铣刨后的材料粒径与室内设计级配相比波动在允许范围内。

When working on the stable regeneration structure layer of cement, the daily low temperature should be greater than 5 ℃. Based on experience and the characteristics of the equipment used, formulate 3-5 combinations of forward speed and rotor speed for the regeneration machine. The depth of old road milling and planing should be determined according to the design repair depth. After milling and planing out the old materials, the more typical materials will be sent to the laboratory for indoor mix design. Take representative material samples after milling and planing for sieving. If the sieved gradation exceeds the allowable fluctuation range of the indoor design gradation, the traveling speed and rotor speed of the regeneration machine should be adjusted to ensure that the particle size of the milled material fluctuates within the allowable range compared to the indoor design gradation.

1)冷再生机驱动稀浆车或水车沿着旧路前进。按照路面破 损 程 度 与 再 生 深 度 调 节 冷 再 生 机 的 前 进 速 度 , 通 常 在6~12 m/min,这样铣刨后材料的粒径波动范围不大。网裂比较厉害的路段要缓慢前行。2)依据道路两边的水平控制桩及时检查铣刨深度是否准确,若铣刨深度在设计深度±1 cm 以上,需要尽快把原因查清才能继续作业,并安排专人跟在再生机后面及时对深度、水泥含量、含水率进行检测,同时与操控人员协作施工。

1) The cold regeneration machine drives the slurry truck or water truck along the old road. Adjust the forward speed of cold regeneration according to the degree of road damage and regeneration depth, usually between 6-12 m/min, so that the fluctuation range of material particle size after milling is not large. Road sections with severe network cracks should move forward slowly. 2) According to the horizontal control piles on both sides of the road, timely check whether the milling depth is accurate. If the milling depth is above the design depth of ± 1 cm, the cause needs to be identified as soon as possible before continuing the operation. Assign a dedicated person to follow the revitalization process to timely inspect the depth, cement content, and moisture content, and cooperate with the control personnel for construction.

3)施工期间,按邻近已修复或旧路面为基准对再生深度进行检测, 用钢钎刺入混合料中, 测量再生深度是否符合要求 , 应 在 再 生 机 铣 刨 刀 具 的 两 侧 进 行 检 查 , 其 余 路 段 按30~50 m 测 1 次的频率进行检测。为了方便操作人员进行作业,应在作业面边缘固定导向线。

3) During the construction period, the depth of regeneration shall be tested based on the adjacent repaired or old road surface. Steel drills shall be inserted into the mixture to measure whether the regeneration depth meets the requirements. Inspection shall be carried out on both sides of the regeneration machine milling tool, and the remaining road sections shall be tested at a frequency of 30-50 meters. For the convenience of operators, guide lines should be fixed at the edges of the work surface.

4)若进行多列铣刨刀具施工时,应时刻注意搭接宽度,保证搭接宽度。为了避免对横、 纵向接缝以及再生物料的紧密性、平整度造成影响,指派 4~5 人跟在再生机后面对边线进行整理,清理混合料中的杂质以及每刀起始位置的余料。

4) When carrying out multi row milling and planing tool construction, attention should be paid to the overlap width at all times to ensure the overlap width. In order to avoid affecting the tightness and flatness of the horizontal and vertical joints as well as the recycled materials, 4-5 people are assigned to follow behind the recycling machine to tidy up the edges, clean up impurities in the mixture, and remove any remaining material at the starting position of each blade.

5)在施工期间,时刻查验冷再生材料的粒径和铣刨深度,若察觉出隐患,要及时中断作业,掉隐患再继续施工,并确保之后的操作顺利。再生路面作业面的长度应满足要求,通常单个作业面的长度制在 150~250 m。

5) During the construction period, the particle size and milling depth of the cold recycled material should be checked at all times. If any hidden dangers are detected, the operation should be interrupted in a timely manner, and the hidden dangers should be removed before continuing the construction, ensuring smooth subsequent operations. The length of the recycled pavement working surface should meet the requirements, and the length of a single working surface is usually limited to 150-250 meters.

采用乳化沥青、泡沫沥青为再生材料的结合料时,铺装厚在 100~200 mm;采用水泥和石灰时,铺装厚在 200~300 mm。混合料摊铺后,不得有离析、波浪、裂痕及拉痕现象。如使用摊铺机施工,要保持缓慢、均匀、连续施工,不可任意改变速度或中途停顿[3],铺装速度为 2~4 m2/min。若混合料铺装后有离析、波浪、裂痕及拉痕现象,要分析原因并采取措施解决。

When emulsified asphalt and foam asphalt are used as the binder of recycled materials, the pavement thickness is 100~200 mm; When using cement and lime, the paving thickness should be between 200-300 mm. After the mixture is spread, there should be no segregation, waves, cracks, or pulling marks. If using a paver for construction, it is necessary to maintain slow, uniform, and continuous construction, and the speed cannot be changed arbitrarily or stopped midway [3]. The paving speed is 2-4 m2/min. If there are segregation, waves, cracks, and pulling marks in the mixture after paving, the reasons should be analyzed and measures should be taken to solve them.

选择平地机施工时,要满足以下规则:轻型钢轮压路机跟在再生机组的后面进行 2~3 次初碾压。每个工作段初碾压结束后,使用平地机进行平整。初平区域要使用轻型钢轮压路机重压 1 遍,人为对部分车辙及低洼处进行修复。再生层选用平地机整形,确保坡度与路拱符合规范要求,整形后,外表不能出现车辙与集料分离情况。

When choosing a grader for construction, the following rules should be met: the lightweight steel wheeled roller should follow the regeneration unit for 2-3 initial rolling. After the initial compaction of each work section is completed, use a grader to level it. The initial flat area needs to be heavily compacted once with a lightweight steel wheeled roller, and some ruts and low-lying areas need to be repaired manually. The regeneration layer is shaped using a grader to ensure that the slope and road arch meet the regulatory requirements. After shaping, there should be no separation of ruts and aggregates on the surface.
