现场热再生的特点及优缺点

根据路面破损情况的不同和对修复后路面质量等级的不同要求,就地热再生技术应用的施工工艺主要有三种:整形热再生法、重铺热再生法、复拌热再生法。

According to the different conditions of road damage and the different requirements for the quality level of repaired road surfaces, there are three main construction processes for the application of geothermal regeneration technology: shaping hot regeneration method, re laying hot regeneration method, and re mixing hot regeneration method.

现场热再生是一种就地修复破损路面的过程,它通过加热软化路面,铲起路面废料,再和沥青粘合剂混合,有时可能还需要添加一些新的骨料。然后将再生料重新铺在原来的路面上。就地热再生方面,可以一次性实现就地旧沥青路面再生,把原材料和需翻修的路面重新结合;或者是通过两阶段完成,即先将再生料重新压实,然后在上面再铺一层磨耗层。这种工艺方法简单方便,多用于基层承载能力良好、面层因疲劳而龟裂的路段,特别适用于老化不太严重,但平整度较差的高等级公路沥青路面上面层病害的修复,可恢复沥青上面层物理力学性能,修复沥青路面的车辙。

On site thermal regeneration is a process of repairing damaged road surfaces in situ, which softens the road surface by heating, scoops up road waste, and mixes it with asphalt binder. Sometimes, new aggregates may also need to be added. Then lay the recycled material back on the original road surface. In terms of geothermal regeneration, on-site regeneration of old asphalt pavement can be achieved in one go, combining raw materials with the road surface that needs to be renovated; Alternatively, it can be completed in two stages, which involves first re compacting the recycled material and then laying an additional layer of wear layer on top. This process method is simple and convenient, and is commonly used in road sections with good bearing capacity of the base layer and surface cracking due to fatigue. It is particularly suitable for repairing the upper layer diseases of asphalt pavement on high-grade highways with less severe aging but poor smoothness. It can restore the physical and mechanical properties of the upper layer of asphalt and repair the ruts of asphalt pavement.

现场热再生工艺的优点是施工速度快,而且原路面材料就地实现再生利用,节省了材料转运费用。但这种工艺的缺点是再生深度通常在2.5~6cm,难以深入;对原路面材料的级配调整幅度有限,也难以去除不适合再生的旧料;再生后路面的质量稳定性和耐久性有所减弱。

The advantage of on-site thermal regeneration technology is fast construction speed, and the original pavement materials can be recycled on site, saving material transportation costs. But the disadvantage of this process is that the regeneration depth is usually between 2.5-6cm, which is difficult to penetrate deeply; The adjustment of the gradation of the original pavement materials is limited, and it is also difficult to remove old materials that are not suitable for regeneration; The quality stability and durability of the regenerated road surface have been weakened.

The heating and remelting technology of old asphalt mixtures in on-site hot recycling, as well as the uniform re mixing technology of new asphalt, rejuvenators, and old mixtures, are key issues.
