就地冷再生(ColdIn-p1aceRecycling)技术,是指采用专用就地冷再生设备,对沥青路面进行现场冷铣刨、破碎,加入一定量新集料(必要时)、再生结合料(乳化沥青、泡沫沥青等)、活性填料(水泥、石灰等)和水,在常温下拌和、整平、碾压,一次性实现旧沥青路面再生的技术。

就地冷再生机,就是对应就地冷再生技术的专用现场冷再生设备,通常为大功率自行式移动设备,除了配备有行走总成、再生层(包括沥青层或稳定层)物料铣刨、再生料粒径控制、铣刨深度控制等基本功能的机械结构和控制单元外,设备上会根据再生结合料的不同,装配有专用再生结合料系统,这个系统根据再生结合料特性可实现再生结合料发生、输送及配合比例控制等功能。目前,根据再生结合料的不同,就地冷再生机可分为水泥就地冷再生机和沥青就地冷再生机。

就地冷再生技术总的来说可分为沥青路面面层冷再生技术和全深度再生(即深层复拌冷再生)技术两大类。对于沥青面层就地冷再生技术,路面维护保养适用的路面厚度约为6~13mm。下面三种情况都适用:

For the on-site cold regeneration technology of asphalt pavement, the applicable pavement thickness for maintenance and upkeep is about 6-13mm. The following three situations apply:
1)由于路面老化、高温损害、疲劳和反射裂纹所造成的路面裂纹。
1) Road surface cracks caused by aging, high-temperature damage, fatigue, and reflective cracks.
2)由于混合料的不稳定性、挤压和粗糙的材料使路面形成车辙所造成的路面变形。

3)由于断裂、沥青泛油以及层面之间的粘接力降低所造成的路面完整性破损。全深度就地冷再生技术的适用条件是道路稳定层的再生改造工程。
3) The damage to the integrity of the road surface caused by fractures, asphalt flashing, and reduced adhesion between layers. The applicable condition of the full depth on-site cold regeneration technology is the regeneration and renovation project of the road stability layer.
与沥青面层就地冷再生相比,全深度再生就地冷再生技术的主要特点是能够适应道路深层的再生改造要求,对路面基层进行再生处理时,拌和深度范围一般为10~20cm,处理土基稳定层时,拌和深度可达35~40cm。
