Material requirements
水泥稳定就地冷再生底基层的水泥宜采用标号32.5的普通硅酸盐水泥,水泥初凝时间应大于3h,终凝时间应大于6h且小于10h。
Ordinary Portland cement with grade 32.5 should be used as the cement for cement stabilized local cold regeneration subbase. The initial setting time of cement should be more than 3h, and the final setting time should be more than 6h and less than 10h.
冷再生用水应为可饮用水,使用非饮用水应经过试验验证,不影响产品和工程质量时方可使用。
The cold regeneration water shall be potable water, and the use of non-potable water shall be tested and verified, and can be used only when it does not affect the product and project quality.
就地冷再生经对原路铣刨取样试验,能够达到《公路路面基层施工技术细则》要求,对铣刨料做液塑限试验,其液限为32%,塑限为26%,塑性指数为6%,符合规范要求,因此对再生料级配按表一的级配控制。局部地段若级配不符合下表要求,可添加级配砾石或碎石调整。
