该冷再生机铁刨鼓转子两侧安装有2个并联的升降缸,通过对升降缸活塞杆的上、下调节,可使铁刨鼓转子提升和下降,以控制转子对路面的洗刨深度。初步分析判断,故障原因可能是流入升降缸的液压油压力不足。
Two parallel lifting cylinders are installed on both sides of the iron planer drum rotor of the cold regeneration machine. The iron planer drum rotor can be lifted and lowered by adjusting the piston rod of the lifting cylinder up and down to control the depth of the rotor to the road surface. According to preliminary analysis, the fault may be caused by insufficient hydraulic oil pressure flowing into the lifting cylinder.
为了方便冷再生机后部液压系统布置,该冷再生机铁刨鼓转子升降系统由1台液压主泵向控制阀总成供给压力油,控制阀总成上共集成3组换向阀及配套阀组,分别控制統刨鼓升降缸、铁刨鼓后斗门升降缸和后轮转向缸。
In order to facilitate the layout of the rear hydraulic system of the cold regeneration machine, the planer drum rotor lifting system of the cold regeneration machine supplies pressure oil to the control valve assembly by a hydraulic main pump. The control valve assembly is integrated with three sets of reversing valves and matching valve groups, which control the planer drum lifting cylinder, the planer drum rear bucket door lifting cylinder and the rear wheel steering cylinder respectively.
