  施工准备阶段是打好基础的关键。施工前要对需改良的土料种类进行核实,路堤填料、改良土外掺料(石灰或水泥)的种类及技术条件必须符合设计要求。填筑前需对取土场的填料取样检验,填筑时也要对运现场的填料抽样检验,若填料土质变化或更换取土场,需重新检验。

  The construction preparation stage is the key to laying a solid foundation. Before construction, it is necessary to verify the types of soil materials that need to be improved. The types and technical conditions of embankment filling materials and improved soil admixtures (lime or cement) must meet the design requirements. Before filling, it is necessary to sample and inspect the filling materials from the soil sampling site. During filling, the filling materials transported to the site should also be sampled and inspected. If the soil quality of the filling materials changes or the soil sampling site is replaced, re inspection is required.

  在路基开工前,要根据工程土类性质、填料性质和压实机械条件,选择不小于 100 米的试验区段进行路基填筑试验。通过试验选定与路基填筑、压实、检测相关的工艺参数以及改良土配合比等,将试验资料整理上报监理工程师批准后,用于指导后续路基施工。

  Before the comprehensive construction of the roadbed, a test section of no less than 100 meters should be selected for roadbed filling testing based on the properties of the engineering soil, filling materials, and compaction machinery conditions. By conducting experiments, process parameters related to roadbed filling, compaction, and testing, as well as the mix proportion of improved soil, are selected. The test data is then compiled and submitted to the supervising engineer for approval, and used to guide subsequent roadbed construction.

  改良土的配合比确定也不容忽视。基床以下路堤本体及基床底层采用改良土填筑,其中基床以下路堤本体的垫层为水泥改良土,路堤本体不浸水路堤为石灰改良土,浸水路堤为水泥改良土,基床底层为厚度 2.3 米的水泥改良土。具体配合比需根据设计要求和取土场土料的塑性指数及液限、塑限等指标,通过试验室试验确定。

  The determination of the mix proportion for improved soil cannot be ignored. The embankment body below the subgrade and the bottom layer of the subgrade are filled with improved soil. The cushion layer of the embankment body below the subgrade is made of cement improved soil, the non immersed embankment is made of lime improved soil, the immersed embankment is made of cement improved soil, and the bottom layer of the subgrade is made of cement improved soil with a thickness of 2.3 meters. The specific mix proportion needs to be determined through laboratory tests based on design requirements and the plasticity index, liquid limit, plastic limit, and other indicators of the soil material in the borrow area.

  施工工艺的规范实施是保证改良土质量的核心。要验收下承层,填筑前检查基底几何尺寸,核对压实标准,对不符合标准的基底进行处理,直达到验收标准。

  The standardized implementation of construction technology is the core of ensuring the quality of improved soil. Firstly, it is necessary to inspect the underlying layer, check the geometric dimensions of the foundation before filling, verify the compaction standards, and handle any foundation that does not meet the standards until it meets the acceptance criteria.

  测量放样环节,需在施工现场附近引临时水准点并报监理审批,作业时严格控制标高,在路基上采用方格网控制填料量,方格网纵向桩距不宜大于 10 米,横向在路基两侧及中心设方格网桩。

  In the measurement and layout process, temporary benchmark points need to be set up near the construction site and reported to the supervisor for approval. During the operation, the elevation should be strictly controlled, and a grid should be used to control the filling amount on the roadbed. The longitudinal distance between grid piles should not exceed 10 meters, and grid piles should be set horizontally on both sides and the center of the roadbed.

  拌和过程中,改良土混合料采用稳定土拌和设备在拌和厂集中拌和,同时配备碎土设备土块,确保拌和均匀,混合料中不含有大于 10 毫米的土块和未消解石灰颗粒,且组成和含水率符合规定要求,必要时根据天气情况调整拌和时的含水率与碾压时含水率的关系。

  During the mixing process, the improved soil mixture is mixed using stable soil mixing equipment in the mixing plant, and soil crushing equipment is equipped to eliminate soil blocks to ensure uniform mixing. The mixture does not contain soil blocks larger than 10 millimeters or undigested lime particles, and its composition and moisture content meet the specified requirements. If necessary, the relationship between the moisture content during mixing and the optimal moisture content during compaction can be adjusted according to weather conditions.

  运输环节采用大吨位自卸车,拌合好的混合料要尽快运到铺筑现场,运输过程中进行覆盖以减少水分损失。

  The transportation process uses large tonnage dump trucks, and the mixed material should be transported to the paving site as soon as possible. During transportation, it should be covered to reduce moisture loss.

  摊铺时根据松铺厚度计算每车混合料的摊铺面积,确定堆放密度,全断面均匀摊铺,避免纵向接缝,中途中断超过 2 小时需设置横向施工缝并采用搭接施工。整型按规定坡度和路拱进行,尤其注意接缝处整平,整型过程中严禁车辆通行,初步整型后检查松铺厚度,必要时补料或减料。

  When paving, calculate the paving area of each truck of mixed material based on the thickness of the loose paving, determine the stacking density, and evenly spread the entire section to avoid longitudinal joints. If the interruption exceeds 2 hours, horizontal construction joints should be set up and lap construction should be used. The shaping process shall be carried out according to the prescribed slope and road arch, with special attention paid to leveling the joints. Vehicles are strictly prohibited from passing during the shaping process. After preliminary shaping, the thickness of the loose paving shall be checked, and if necessary, additional or reduced materials shall be added.

  碾压环节,当混合料接近含水率时,用重型压路机在路基全宽内碾压要求的压实密度,碾压完成后表面无明显轮迹。各区段交接处相互重叠压实,纵向搭接长度不小于 2.0 米,纵向行与行之间轮迹重叠不小于 40 厘米,上下两层填筑接头错开不小于 3.0 米,两作业区段衔接处纵向搭接拌和长度不小于 2.0 米。

  In the compaction process, when the mixture approaches the optimal moisture content, a heavy-duty roller is used to compact the entire width of the roadbed to the required compaction density. After compaction, there are no obvious wheel marks on the surface. At the junction of each section, they should overlap and compact with each other, with a longitudinal overlap length of not less than 2.0 meters. The overlap of wheel tracks between rows in the longitudinal direction should not be less than 40 centimeters. The joints of the upper and lower layers of filling should be staggered by not less than 3.0 meters, and the longitudinal overlap mixing length at the junction of the two operation sections should not be less than 2.0 meters.
