冷再生机租赁助力沥青路面就地冷再生施工工艺顺利实施

1  沥青老路面在养护工程中,常用的方法有冷再生和热再生。今天我们介绍一下就地冷再生的相关特点和工艺要求。

  The most commonly used methods for maintaining asphalt pavement in maintenance projects are cold regeneration and hot regeneration. Today we will introduce the relevant characteristics and process requirements of on-site cold regeneration.

  1、沥青就地冷再生技术的基本原理

  就地冷再生技术是利用专用再生机械在现场将原有路面结构铣刨、破碎,根据需要添加新料,在常温下与稳定剂(水泥、泡沫沥青或乳化沥青等)拌和,压实成型后,成为路面一个结构层次的整套工艺。

  Cold in place recycling technology is a complete process of milling and crushing the original pavement structure on the site by using special recycling machinery, adding new materials as required, mixing with stabilizers (cement, foam asphalt or emulsified asphalt, etc.) at normal temperature, compacting and forming, and becoming a structural layer of the pavement.

  沥青就地再生由专用再生机械实现,其核心是1个装有若干个硬质合金刀具的切削转子。转子向上旋转铣刨原路面材料的同时,可以通过专门设计的沥青喷洒嘴和水喷洒嘴,将泡沫沥青(或乳化沥青)和水喷洒到拌和腔,如下图所示。

  Asphalt on-site regeneration is achieved by specialized regeneration machinery, with the core being a cutting rotor equipped with several hard alloy cutting tools. While the rotor is rotating upward to mill the raw pavement materials, foam asphalt (or emulsified asphalt) and water can be sprayed into the mixing chamber through specially designed asphalt spray nozzles and water spray nozzles, as shown in the following figure.

  泡沫沥青就地冷再生技术主要用于旧沥青路面材料的再生利用,适用于各等级公路沥青路面的大修、改扩建工程,再生层可作为高速公路、一级公路和二级公路沥青路面的下面层及基层,三、四级公路沥青路面的上面层。

  4、沥青层就地冷再生技术施工工艺流程

  4. 1、就地冷再生施工前应进行配合比设计,具体包括:对原路面材料取样并筛→ 乳化沥青或泡沫沥青原材料的选择及检测→ 基于旧路面材料的矿料级配设计→ 测定合成矿料的含水率→ 根据马歇尔稳定度和浸水马歇尔试验结果确定沥青用量→ 对混合料通过冻融劈裂试验进行性能检测,试验结果应满足下列要求:

  (1)对于以乳化沥青为粘结剂的混合料:空隙率要求9-14%;劈裂强度(15摄氏度)不小于0. 5MPa(下面层)、干湿劈裂强度比不小于75;马歇尔稳定度(40摄氏)不小于6.0 KN(下面层)、浸水马歇尔残留稳定度不小于75%;冻融劈裂强度比不小于70%。

  4.2、就地冷再生工艺流程

  就地冷再生工艺流程包括:封闭交通→ 路面杂物→ 施样放线→ 再生机再生作业 摊铺(摊铺机或平地机)→ 压实→ 养生→ 开放交通。

  5、沥青层就地冷再生路面检测项目

  沥青层就地冷再生路面检测项目包括:平整度间隙、纵断面高程、厚度、宽度、横坡度、外观、压实度。

  6、就地冷再生工艺的适用条件及优点

  ①水泥冷再生基层属于半刚性基层,具有强度高,板体性好,水稳性好等特点。缺点跟传统半刚性基层类似,是结构层容易产生裂缝。
