  就地冷再生技术(In-Situ Cold Recycling)是一种直接在原路面上进行的道路修复工艺,通过破碎旧路面材料(沥青层或部分基层),加入再生剂(如泡沫沥青、乳化沥青、水泥等),经拌和、摊铺、压实后形成新的路面结构层。该技术实现旧料100%循环利用,属于绿色可持续的道路养护技术。

  以泡沫沥青冷再生为例,其原理是将常温水注入热沥青中,使沥青瞬间膨胀形成大量沥青泡沫 。这些泡沫破裂后与集料接触,化为无数“小颗粒”散布于细集料表面,形成粘有大量沥青的细料。经过拌和压实,细料填充粗料间空隙,让混合料达到稳定状态,从而形成性能良好的路面结构层。

  Taking the cold recycling of foam asphalt as an example, the principle is to inject normal temperature water into hot asphalt to make asphalt expand instantaneously to form a large amount of asphalt foam. These foam come into contact with the aggregate after breaking and become numerous "small particles" scattered on the surface of the fine aggregate, forming fine aggregate with a large amount of asphalt. After mixing and compacting, fine materials fill the gaps between coarse materials to achieve a stable state of the mixture, thereby forming a high-performance pavement structure layer.

  水泥混凝土路面全厚式移动破碎就地冷再生:是指利用移动破碎设备,就地将旧水泥混凝土路面板全厚度破碎成具有一定级配的再生集料(或者通过添加适量的新集料后使再生集料的合成级配满足公路水泥稳定碎石基层的级配要求),然后添加再生剂(通常是水泥,或者掺配一定比例的其它胶凝结合料)、活性剂(如钢渣超微粉等,改善再生结构层的性能)、水后,通过再生机就地拌和成水泥稳定碎石混合料,经初压、整平、终压、养生,终形成一定厚度的再生水泥稳定(或其它材料稳定)碎石基层(或者中、下面层)。
