沥青道路冷再生将旧路铣刨、脱离所得的回收沥青道路原材料,经粉碎筛分,抽提测量油石比、矿料级配构成及回收沥清的性能参数后,按新的沥清再造混和料配合比设计,适度添加一部分新骨料、水、乳化沥青等,在常温下标准下(不加热)拌和新的沥青道路原材料。冷再生技术性能够降低成本10-20%左右,且生产率高。
