减速机油位及减速机油的检查：先切断电源，等待减速机冷却后打开放油螺塞，检查油是否充满，避免漏油，取油样，检查油色泽及粘度指数，如果油明显浑浊，建议尽快更换。新减速机使用后（500-1000）小时更换新油（将内部污油冲干净），其后每使用1500小时需要更换油一次，但是在使用过程中，仍需要检查油的质量，若油有老化、变质情况要随时更换。
