（1）施工过程中注意观察刀头磨损情况，发现松动、脱落、折损等情况应及时处理和更换。否则容易造成刀座的磨损，刀座的更换比较麻烦，需要气割、电焊等工具，有时工地条件不具备，或焊接水平达不到，直接影响使用，可更换的刀座虽说方便，但会增加使用成本。
