冷再生机在施工过程中负荷较大、液压系统温度较高，为使泵和马达等液压元件系统中的液压油黏度处于佳范围，建议用户使用HV46#及以上低温冷凝抗磨液压油。

根据工程机械设备对液压系统的要求，初次对液压系统和滤芯的保养为500小时，考虑油质及费用问题，初次保养方案是将油品进行过滤，只更换滤芯；从二次保养开始为1000h，因工作强度的大小不一样，可以根据油脂情况适当延长保养时间。

若设备运转使用不足1000小时，因工作强度一般可不更换全部液压油，但需要放出样品，看颜色是否清亮，手感粘度是否可以，可采用过滤全部液压油后更换全部滤芯的方式进行保养。

①更换时机：设备运转结束后适当的温度下（50摄氏度以下）更换为好的时机。

②更换液压油及滤芯应具备的场地条件及器具。场地条件：平整清洁的地面。器具：三相电源、200L的油桶三个、滤油机一台（更换滤芯）、充足的液压油（HV46#）、滤芯一套、滤芯扳手1件。

② Site conditions and instruments for replacing hydraulic oil and filter element. Site conditions: flat and clean ground. Appliances: three-phase power supply, three 200L oil drums, one oil filter (replace filter element), sufficient hydraulic oil (hv46#), one set of filter element and one filter element wrench.

③更换步骤：先将设备的液压油抽出。拆下全部液压油滤芯。将事先需要更换的钢管、胶管安装好。将新液压油通过滤油机注入。观察新的油位是否达到标准油位，直到达标为准。启动设备后，小负荷运转设备，使液压油均匀充满各部位液压件。

③ Replacement steps: first draw out the hydraulic oil of the equipment. Remove all hydraulic oil filter elements. Install the steel pipe and rubber hose that need to be replaced in advance. Inject new hydraulic oil through the oil filter. Observe whether the new oil level reaches the standard oil level until it reaches the standard. After starting the equipment, operate the equipment with a small load to make the hydraulic oil fill all parts of the hydraulic parts evenly.
