水泥撒布车的使用率如何提高？

　　1、水泥撒布车长时间停用，应该要放空罐内以及管道中的液体，各个孔都要盖紧，保持好清洁度，各个运转部件要加注润滑油，多次使用和长时间使用以及再次启用的时候应该要罐中的铁锈，要定期清洗水过滤器。

2、在室外温度低于零下5度的时候没有保温装置的全自动水泥撒布车不应该存放成品，要及时的排除干净，以免发生上冻情况。

　　3、当然水泥撒布车要定期的检查定子和转子的配合间隙，在不可以达到规定的较小间隙时候应该要考虑更换定子和转子。
